Thanks for the encouragement. I'll let folks know what my plans are:

1) Figure out a good replacement (or permanent repair/upgrade) for the AFM. I have made some real good progress on this, and will announce some fun stuff soon. 2) Come up with some alternative for the idle controller. The valve will still be needed, though. 3) Try to solve whatever other persistant problems the FI has.

Now, if someone else could come up with head gaskets that won't leak, we'll be set. ;)
