Yeah well this might be a bit off topic but I'll tell you what - in Michigan there is a Michigan Use Tax - It is a companion tax to the sales tax. Esentially anything you purchase out of state you are supposed to pay this use tax. My sister had a guitar hand made for her man a few years ago. Well, to make a long story short a few months after they received it she received a tax bill from the state of Michigan for $360.00 because the item is being used in Michigan. What a farse.
