The spark plug inflater was fairly common. I bought one back in the
seventies, Still have it. It has some sort of valve that allows air
into the cylinder through the device and then out the hose. Not
supposed to be any fuel in the tire. Hope not anyway.   Mostly been
replaced by the tiny 12V compressor gadgets.  No combustibles in the
tire that way.



  As for the AC compressor. You'd have to remove it from the vehicle
and hook a motor up to it with the output to a tank or hose.
