I had the exact same problem with mine. What's amazing is that it didn't leak any oil. Finally i got tired of messing with it and got my suction pump that i use on my boat and sucked the oil out thru the dip stick tube. Don't laugh, it works. Then after about 3 oil changes i put in a new zetech conversion and that's the end of that story.
