Ha! I wish my solution could be to drop in a Zetec. That would be very satisfactory.

While it sounds a nightmare, I will try drilling and tapping the bolt, thread in another bolt and pry it out that way. Or something...

I would use a pump but i'm sure it won't get it all out and I hate the idea of putting fresh oil and filter in with old oil left in the sump.

Does anyone know if rivet nuts are made that big? I'd hate to pry on the bolt only to pull a huge hole through the case.
