My westy was down for about three weeks a couple of years back when the transmission was out for a rebuild. I closed the rear hatch but had not put the lid on the engine. Some enterprising wrens discovered the opening and flew up into the cabin, where they built a sprawling nest in the parcel shelf. Jim
