the instructions for that were in the original email. :D
basically, go download DaemonTools (google it :P), install DaemonTools,
and mount the .iso file with DaemonTools.
(click on the icon in the system tray, click on whichever device you
want to have the file mounted, browse to the directory where you
extracted your .iso, and click ok)
