I would call it what it is: a Digijet ECU for a 2.1 liter DJ engine that will work with the 1.9 liter U.S. spec Digijet engines.

I'm not trying to be nit-picky, but it isn't a "1.9 euro spec" ECU just because it will work on a U.S. spec 1.9 engine.
