That's why we all stay on this list, Jeff. Because everyone is really nice, at least all the folks I've met and exchanged emails with, and we put up with each other, and don't get all uptight about whether absolutely everything we say is really about vanagons. As long as we pretty much stay away from politics and religion. Better when people don't get really rude and insult each other's knowledge of VWs, too, though that occasionally does happen.

Actually, it seems to me that some of the most enthusiastic discussions have nothing at all to do with vans! Or maybe that's just what I read, not being much of a mechanic?

Vanagon content: people who own vanagons and post to this list are good folks. Or good volks.

And I promise really soon I'll adapt to my new three-legged life and stop posting about it, or posting about any other irrelevant things like bad hair days, or no hair days, or the color of my walls! :-)

He is long :::gone from type2, I'm sure he is now the president of a HOA telling people :::what colors they paint their mailboxes. Anyway, I don't mind the :::looseness :::of the rules here at all! Vanagon content: I went to Lowes this weekend :::and :::bought stainless steel screws to replace all the rusted ones on my'84 :::(and :::even the ones that haven't rusted yet).
