when doing my brakes, in looking at Bentley/Haynes, I found it tough to tell exactly how the adjuster end (end with gear) of push/adjuster rod was to be installed. i.e. wider part of fork facing outboard, or inboard. Regardless of that, it took a few trys to get all installed correctly.

It wouldn't hurt to double check your rear hardware/shoes installation.

As for "push/adjuster rod" (P. 46.6 Bentley) if I can find the answer in my Pmail, I'll forward it to list.

Anyone else have the answer?
