theyre simply bits of plastic popped into the holes in the swival base
radius.   i think go westy has them.   if not,  just simply epoxy a little piece of
plastic or rubber over the hole.  the epoxy will dry and hold it in place
while the seat is swivaled..

since they are not visible, it doesnt matter what you use as long as it
works..  im sure even little thin popsicle sticks cut into 1" sections would work..
