I wonder if that thing threads on to the external or internal threads of the tank valve. I couldn't really determine that from the website. I agree that this will tell you your propane is low right before you actually run out. I'm wondering if it would be useful as a way to realize my dream of connecting the small disposable propane bottle to the Westy tank's fill port. My idea there is to have a backup reserve supply when the big tank runs out. My Westy tank fill valve does not have the internal threads.
