That happens sometimes with items going to Canada. The web cart is usually pretty good at estimating shipping, even on Canadian orders, but on some Canadian orders (as well as some unusually heavy, long, or bulky items shipping within the U.S.) it guesses wrong. If the difference is relatively minor we just eat it; if it's large we call and requote.
