Hi all awhile back there were 2" recievers for sale for vanagons. I Thought I knew where to find a link to them but have not been able to find them. There was also someone that was building them and has some where the hitch hole was barely off center for fairly cheap. I couldnt find either. If any one knows the link or site so I dont have to sit here all day that would be great. Thanks All Im using it for is a bike rack. Thanks Jonce

Jonce,

I highly recommend the GoWesty 2" receiver hitch. I use it for a hitch bike rack or light trailering(for Kayaks).

It hooks to the tow hooks, but also in the middle to the cross-beam for stability. It's also powder coated, so hasn't rusted (yet). I'd be careful about the ones that just connect to the tow hooks; some people have reported problems with those with bending the tow hooks. Mine's rock solid (although I never exceed 1,000 lbs).

Rich
