At the engine exchange we strip alot of engines to say the least. It has been my obsrevation the flywheel seals can be hard as a rock and not leak. If it did not leak before Murphys Law dictates it will. What you did not see on the flwheel video was me struggling to get the old seal out I had tried a pry bar and screw drivers before I took out the "tool I told you not to use" and was lucky it came out. dispite how hard it might be to remove flywheel seals are worth replacing every time you remove the flywheel. Thanks to all for the positive feed back on the video Jim did a great job of making me look good with some over the top editing believe me I saw what he had to work with I was there Bob Donalds Boston Engine |
