If I'm not mistaken, the pump is adjusted by turning the piece shown in DSCF0253. That changes the volume which fills up on each plunger stroke. The ball bearing is just a one-way check valve. If you loosen it, it will leak (note the copper sealing gasket in DSCF0244). The piece shown in DSCF0253 is sealed by the o-ring, and can therefore be adjusted. |
