Geico doesn't do that, Tom. I call them, they call a tow co. from their "list" and take care of everything. As I said in another post, they even called the shop on their list that they preferred to tow me to, to see if they would work on my van. Finding they wouldn't, they towed the van to the shop of my preference, which was another 60 miles back to Salt Lake. All I did was tip the driver. (he was leaning slightly left .... so I moved him ever-so-slightly right)
