Kinda crude you might say, but I value the music and easy access to radio controls much more than the under-dash AC.

So - I moved the ducts out of the way, and the radio is where it belongs. Some cold air still comes out, but with global warming making our winters warm and our summers cold, who needs it?

By the way - is there enough value in the AC system that it would be worth it for me to remove and sell it?

thanks,

Ron A

All,

I've got an issue with my current stereo location. It stinks. Since I've got the under dash A/C unit the normal in dash location for the stereo is consumed by vents, so the stereo was placed facing the ceiling in front of the stick shift. This has worked ok, but with time the holder has cracked and now it's time to figure out a new solution. Seems an ideal solution would be a way of mounting it where the ashtray. Has anyone come up with solution?

Ryan
