Unless it's illegal to park there, in which case you're sure to get caught!

When I stealth camp in cities I look for neighborhoods that are a mix of houses and apartments. Apartments because people won't know all the cars that should be on their street or in front of their house. Near universities can be good. You want sort of well-to-do neighborhoods for safety, but also sort of mixed. Trendy commercial strips in residential neighborhoods can be good.

I wouldn't park in parking lots from any commercial venture - they will wonder why anyone they don't know is there overnight. Same for churches, though I've heard others say they park there. Hospitals might be okay, they expect strangers coming through. But they're likely not to have free parking, expect in pretty small places where street parking would also be easy.
