Did it last week with the help of that guide. In addition most presses do not have that adaptor ( your lucky in canada) to press the lower out, but heating up the spindle a little, and hitting the lower joint out while the spindle is clamped in a vise works rather well, and then a normal loaner press works great to put it back in.
