My humble opinion is that if you tried to get satisfaction from the as-yet-unnamed vendor and s/he did not provide a satisfactory outcome, then by all means let the rest of us know what list vendor is not being a good girl/boy so we can boycott her/him*.

*The "boy" in boycott has nothing to do with gender -- it's in memory of one Chas. Boycott, who managed land in Ireland and refused to lower rents. His name lives on. Power to the landlords!
