I have seen 2 fuel pressure regulator failure, not pressure wise but
internal breakdown/vaccum side, by that i mean that fuel was pooring in the
air plenium from the vaccum port of the FPR.

But if you say that the injectors a locked in the open position, that
something else, wiring will have to be checked, i suspect a "short". Me, i
have never seen that.

Just a suggestion.
