Here's one solution. I bagged a minitruck an 82 Nissan with 113Kmiles for 1800US. It is the manure hauler, daily driver, gopher box, and so on. Now I lock that sucker tight, these are much in demand by the mow-and-blow bunch and I get an offer to sell about once a month. The syncro with 215Kmi gets only 10Kmi /year and at that rate should last another seven or eight years with considerable PM and replacement of ancient and crumbling bits here and there. As you might surmise, my commute is to the garage to start the Gaggia and bike to CSU Sacramento for the various class here and there. CSUS has a Geezer program called 60 + where one can take as many classes as one can stomach for 3$ PER TERM not per UNIT. I audit stuff of interest. Figger since with no known progeny, this is a tiny rebate on all those school bonds my taxes supported for other peoples kiddles. Thanks Ahnold, hope you leg is feeling better. pensioner (three degrees of 'freedom' is enough) |
