Craigslist is great, both for honest people and for scammers.  I once was
sent a bank check to purchase my '71 bus.  Scanned the check and emailed to
the bank that it was written from before depositing to my account.  The
buyer got pretty feisty until I got my response from the bank, that they had
NOT issued the check.  Last I heard from that buyer.
