pictures look good ... tan over light blue. buy it now price is $4000. reason it hasn't sold? 216,000 miles. automatic transmission, watercooled engine;

text of ad: "You are bidding on a 1983 Volkswagon Vanagon. It has belonged to my Grandparents for 11 years and I am selling it for them. My Grandparents do not smoke or have any pets. It has spent a lot of time in a garage in Sacramento so it is in pretty good shape. It is a smooth ride and is a lot of fun to drive. It is a camper and has a working refrigerator and sink and an electrical hook up for when it's parked. It also has a stove, but we have never had it looked at. It is liquid cooled and it runs really well, but you won't get a speeding ticket driving it. The odometer reads 90776, but the odometer stopped working when the engine was replaced about five years ago. My Grandpa's high estimate for miles is 30,000. It can sleep four (4) people, two up above, and two in the back (see pics). This car does need some TLC (tender lovin' care) as the curtains are somewhat worn. The bed in the back also needs to be "rigged" but, as the pictures indicate, is not a difficult task. As it's shown it simply has an ice chest and a pillow (suitcases also work) to support the part that comes off of the seat. The original straps are broken, but may be able to be replaced. This car has also been equipped with an air conditioner, which I believe needs freon. It has a nice paint job and the interior, including the cabinets, is in pretty good shape. It is a great car and will be a lot of fun for the winner of this auction.I need to sell this car! I have had this car a lot longer than I had anticipated and I keep getting bugged by my grandparents to sell it. I've lowered the price on the "For Sale" signs as well as the reserve price and "buy it now" price with the hope of selling this car! This is a great car! "

call them, not me! :)
