Joe--

Yes. I wish you luck. The world is getting to be more and more frustrating.

My rant would be much shorter because the problem I was tryig to solve was simpler. I just got back from Kinko's copy center where I needed to get a color copy. They just got brand new machines. No one knew how to work them. And when I say didn't now how to work them, the machines were giving me poor blurry copies and the folks working there told me that's as good as they get. Well they did suggest "try pushing down on the lid."

It's gotta be about a $3000 brand new color copier, if not more. I'm guessing there is some way to get it make a decent copy without sitting on it like it was an overstuffed suitcase. And of course that didn't work.

I still need copies for a job tommorrow so have to get up a little earlier and deal.

In the end what was I thinking going to a copy center to try and get a copy?

I don't know exactly how our standards have gotten so low. I think we could probably trace it back to Nixon.

Whatever the case there is nothing worse than a salesman who tells you how to drive in your own neighborhood. It's worse if he's the owner's son. Glad you didn't do business with them on a car because one way or another you'd be paying for a long time.

Good luck, Jeff 83.5 Westy LA,CA
