Are you sure it is coolant and not just normal water vapor? A properly running engine will make a lot of water and until the exhaust system is hot enough to vaporize it, you will see water coming out of the tail pipe and any leaking joints. Especially in cold, damp weather. Go drive it for a while and do some proper diagnoses before pulling it a part.
