That's a great picture, Greg! Way cool, it definitely belongs in the vanagon calendar or something. But it looks like you can't pop the top with those boats up there.

I met someone a long time ago who was in a hightop and had a canoe. He had it attached on the side of the high part. With two boats one could go on each side.

I had my kayak on top, but I couldn't raise the top by myself because it was too heavy for me. Struts are the answer for me - Kim and I have talked about his arrangement, and it has potential. He doesn't know it yet, but sometime before Labrador I just might have to ask him to help me install them, unless he convinced me that it's really easily and doesn't involve drilling more holes in my poptop. (There are already holes for the yak-rack.)

Oops, I guess now he knows it! :-)
