Since we're near the coast, we're usually attuned to this around hurricane season. Thankfully, we've never had to bail, but keep a kit around just in case.

All the standards: camp stove and fuel, cooking gear, canned food and dry goods, lotsa water. Plenty of fuel and spare fuel tanks. Cash. Important papers.

Oh, and if it looks like it might stall, the surfboards go on the van and we head south instead of west!
