Hi Jerry: I solved the problem by going to an agent that specialized in Antique and RV vehicles and nothing else. There are caveats though, the vehicle cannot be your only insured vehicle, you must have house insurance (i.e. it can't be your only home) and you can't use it for grocery shopping (i.e.daily chores) and various other really small print items.
