This is a response I just got from my insurance Co/agent (online).

"You may want to consider Classic Auto Insurance, since this type of policy would cover your vehicle for the value of the vehicle. If you would like a quote for this coverage, please call 1(888)-801-8384 and an agent will be happy to assist you."
