My restored, R-TDI 1986 Syncro Westie is for sales for $62.500 Canadian - which is my actual cost of purchasing / importing the vehicle, doing a full restoration and engine conversion. Not cheap, but really, if you compare it to the price of a VW Touareg it's a bargain. I can drive to the VW dealership now and buy a Touareg for about that kind of coin, but really there is no other Westfalia like mine or even close to mine that is currently for sale so really the $62.500 is a bargain!

$18.000 Canadian for a nice stock Syncro seems to be the going rate on the west coast of Canada. I don' t think your price is out of line at all.

People just don't understand the time/costs/values. Malcolm
