Mrs Squirrel and I don't generate much wastewater when we camp. Nor do we camp in places where sewers or other hookups are to be found. I have a 12'' chunk of garden hose screwed onto the drain under the van. Directly under that I place one of those collapsible water containers(such as http://tinyurl.com/2sbyw6 ) with its cap removed with with the hose shoved down its throat. Works peachy. I like collapsible things 'cause they take up much less room in the van while traveling than non-collapsible things. I have heard about the vent-to-the-roofline requirement, but to date no one has found our setup fishy. Finding an approved place to dispose of the gray water is left as an exercise for the student.
