Interesting I think i had the same symptoms
what happens if you drop it into neutral & then it back on the acclerrate
will it perform ok then some period of time 5-20 mins start to do the falt
spot gains

if so then you are getting bad data to the ecu from either the
wiring harness, temp2, o2, or afm if o2 has not bben changes or has crappy
coonection that would be first suspect

I beleive my issue is the brittle wire harness that will i am going to
replace it
I have the existing one hacked up enuff to stop that issue for now
