First off, take a look inside the tank to make sure water is in there and to see if anything is plugging the pump inlet. Look for kinks in the hose from the pump to the faucet. Also check the connections. There may be a break in the line or a connector loose causing water to leak when pump is on. You may have to pull out the faucet. Be careful not to break off the fragile hose barbs on the bottom of the faucet. IIRC, there is not much you can do to fix it. If broken, I would replace with a Eurovan faucet.
