If you are getting water leaking from somewhere to somewhere else (not sure where from your description) I'd start looking for a leak in the line from the pump/tank to the faucet. Empty the pantry under the sink and pull the drawer. Get down where you can see into the cabinet and turn on the faucet/pump (or have someone else do that, might need long arms otherwise). If you are lucky the leak will be where you can see it. Repair. The other place you can access part of the system is by removing the metal plate in the bottom of the left hand storage cabinet giving access to the top of the water tank and the wiring and hoses. The hardest part of the system to access is where the pipe/tubing runs behind the refrigerator, no access without removing the fridge.
