Hi Zoran,

Good to know - one data point is better than none!

Since plastic is a poor thermal conductor, the coolant temperature may not correlate well to the temp on the exterior of the pipe, where we can measure it. So my questions/concerns when measuring temps include:

-what if it's windy? -how warm is the engine? (duh) -what if it's warm outside? What if it's cold?

Certainly a ~2 degree difference vs. a ~20 degree difference should be easy to spot, but it's hard to know... What if the difference is only 10 degrees, for instance?

I suppose I should get off my butt and wander outside with the pyrometer and get some numbers, instead of asking you, right? :)
