wear fuzzy bunny slippers.. i hear they work best. :<)

seriously...there is no kicking involved if you plan on cutting the seal. if you wanna kick it out, make sure there is a shop vac handy to vacuum up the 5 billion pieces of glass that will fly everywhere..
