Well, I just had a long conversation with an attentive and courteous phone
rep from Volkswagen Customer Care.  I explained the gist of my experience,
and he offered me a fax number to which I could deliver my six-page
manifesto regarding Emich Volkswagen.

I'm not looking for anything from them.  Just hoping someone will notice.
