Subject: [Friday] Joshua Tree for February
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Mrs Squirrel's going on a ski trip with her girlfriends Feb 22 - 25, so I reckon I'll take Mellow Yellow* camping. Joshua Tree N.P. is looking good that time o' year: average lows low-50s, highs in the upper-70s. Last time I was there I camped at White Tank CG. It was nice.

If anyone else is thinking of heading to the same neck of the southwest, where the Sonoran Desert and Mojave Desert meet, p-mail me - we could meet! Share a bottle of wine or microbrews. Admire each other's Vanagon.** Stuff like that.

*Mention of Vanagon = content. Barely. Well, maybe it doesn't count at all.

**Second Mention. Equally weak.
