The first question is have you had it running and suddenly it won't or is it new to you and you never got it started.

The second question is how do you know it isn't running. They are quiet and you won't feel any temp difference any time soon. If the LED panel light isn't working, the little sight glass is very hard to see flame on many.

The sure fire way to tell if it is running is listen to the vent with you ear up real close. If the LED light works, it will come to life within a few seconds of it being lit.

If you can't get it lit, it could be the fridge or it could be 'pilot' error. Once someone showed me how to light my first van fridge, it was easy, but before then, I thought there was something wrong with it. If it really is a bugger to start, then cleaning it throughout is the best bet.

The little chained thing at the bottom is a condensation drain, and some people say blow into it (tube attached) to clear things out. I found, you never need to mess with it.

Dave in Denver Just sold an 81 fridge that worked perfectly after a good cleaning.
