Until recently, both tables resided in the garage, along with their
supports.....however, seeing another persons setup made me rethink this.
The back table now is set up level with the stove/sink over the
icebox/storage console.  This enables access to the icebox (the beerbox) and
the cabinet while still being able to leave things on the table.  I haven't
figured out a good way to use the front table without it being in the way.
There is precious little space in a vanagon interior as it is.
