The size of your sliding door window depends on the year of your vanagon. The passenger side middle slider is the same as the drivers side middle window if you r van is a 80-84. But in 1985 the sliding door changed size and its window got smaller, so if your van is a 85-91 the Jalousie window will not fit without modification.
