I mounted mine (and mom's) on the passanger side instead of the DS. I think it's much easier to use, and maneuver. when not used I swing it around tight behind the pass seat.. it is rather handy for items just inside the door etc.. when camped I swivel the pass seat, and swing it over there, to hold gear and the laptop.

it's sure less in the way then my ASI middle pedestal table. which I like but only on occasion.

I've got a question about the second table in a westy interior, the one up front by the seats. What do people do with this thing when it's not in place? Where is it supposed to be stowed? I think it would be great for cooking as a counter top but It seems big and awkward, and I wouldn't want it in there all the time as it takes up a lot of space.
