Pivots on the lower part. =)

In the 69's case, that would be in the ugly end of a T2 Doublecab -- that part the where the Type II T2 driver sits. This is the Type II T3 List so you have no beeZZZeeneZZZ deeZZZcuZZZing T2 beeZZZeeneZZZ here.

IIRC, it's the Type II T2 with a Type IV motor that pivot the other direction.
