The Wink is still available in 4 and 5 panel versions, along with a 3 panel unit that clips onto your existing rear-view mirror.

What's needed is one like my '65 MGB had with a vertical stick that the mirror slid up & down, much like some hand showers do these days. Adjusts the blind spot to your height. :)
