I ain't no "list master" but.... I rebuilt the clutch housing on my 81 AC. This was my first time doing this job, so please bear this in mind. The clutch lever was on pretty tight. YMMV, but removal on mine was tough. On 2WD, lever can be removed with tranny installed. You have to remove tranny if replacing **all** release shaft bushings. On this one I'm kinda guessing... The hole in the clutch lever shouldn't wear. Bushings get worn, which creates play, but lever is on tight, with several splines holding it in position on release shaft. Combine that with eventual rusting, and it shouldn't move then wear. Cheers, Neil. 81 AC Westy.
