Hi - My wife and I visted one of the state parks here in East Tennessee one fine Summer weekend years ago in our 69 VW Fastback. While walking around I noticed a Bus with people standing around looking at it. The owners had locked thenselves out and were about to knock out the quarter window to get in. I noticed that the jalousie window behind the drivers seat had screws holding the glass in place. A quick application of the Swiss Army knife (no duct tape content) was all it took to get the glass out; then a small cut through the screen and they were in! Now that I think of it, I do recall having seeing a magazine rack between the seats. Ron |
