Getting Mellow Yellow ready for a trip to the desert, hopefully to catch some spring showers. MW's been sitting for about 30 days without being run. I needed to move it to do some work on the upper ball joints, and when I started the engine the hydraulic push rod rattled, which is normal when the engine hasn't been run for a while. What was unusual was a fairly amount of smoke (not white water, but gray oil) that came out of the exhaust for the first 30 seconds or so. -- Mike "Rocket J Squirrel" Elliott 71 Type 2: the Wonderbus 84 Westfalia: Mellow Yellow ("The Electrical Banana") 74 Utility Trailer.
