Working on solving FI operation problems. Removed O2 sensor - actually had someone do it as I couldn't get it out. Go to install a new one and find threads are damaged and it won't screw in. (No wonder I couldn't get the old one out and it made such screeching noises while being removed.) So, I need to see about getting these threads in the collector tapped out and the ones on the new sensor cleaned up a bit. In the archives I found info on the thread size and pitch for Digifant O2 sensors - 18 x 1.5, but nothing about the 1.9l sensor's threads. Is it the same for the Digijet O2 sensor? They don't go in the same pipe or location so they aren't necessarily the same. And I don't have one to compare. Don't really want to muscle it in. Thanks. Sam
